At Luton Grappling Club, we believe every woman should feel confident, strong, and safe.
Our Ladies-Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Self-Defence classes are led by Coaches Handara and Rifat Iqbal and are designed to help you build real skills while getting fitter, meeting new people, and having fun in a safe and friendly environment .

Schedule & Fees
We run 3 ladies-only sessions every week, giving you plenty of opportunities to train around your lifestyle. Each session blends BJJ fundamentals, self-defence drills, and fitness training so you leave stronger each time.​
Join us every Wednesday, Friday & Sunday from £40 a month or £10 PAYG

Who can Join?
No experience? No problem.

Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or already have some training, our classes are open to all levels. Just bring comfortable gym clothes, a hair tie and we’ll guide you from there.
