Confidence, Discipline & Fun begins here....
At Luton Grappling Club, our Kids' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) classes are designed to help children build confidence, develop discipline, and learn valuable self-defence skills in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
Our experienced coaches create a welcoming space where kids can grow both on and off the mats. Our Boys and girls classes are separate and we have female only coaches for the girls classes.

Suitable for children of all fitness levels and abilities from Age 4+, our classes focus on movement, coordination, teamwork, and respect—core values that help shape well-rounded individuals.

Our Kids’ BJJ programme includes both Gi and No-Gi training, giving young students a well-rounded grappling foundation. All beginners are welcome—no previous experience needed.

We foster a positive team atmosphere where every child is encouraged to progress at their own pace. Whether your child is shy and looking to build confidence, or energetic and eager to compete, BJJ offers something for everyone.
