OUR COMMITMENT

Teaching World Class BJJ in the heart of Luton.

Since we were established in 2017, Luton Grappling Club has changed lives all over Luton.

Above all, we’ve made it our mission to teach grassroots Brazilian Jiujitsu to help build strength, character and personality across all age groups.

We have over 80 adult classes a month and kids classes 7 days a week.

OUR CLASSES

KIDS BJJ CLASSES 

BJJ Classes for Boys & Girls

Ages 4-14

7 days a week

Kids will love this fun filled BJJ class, where they will learn the principles of self defence in a safe environment. BJJ will give them the confidence, strength and courage needed to navigate through their childhood.

MENS GI BJJ 

A great class for all levels of BJJ, whether its your first class or you are an experienced grappler.

Starting with a warm up, you will learn standing techniques and techniques on the ground followed by sparring at the end.

This class requires a BJJ Gi/Kimono.

MENS NOGI BJJ

Wrestling and BJJ with out the Gi/Kimono

Fast becoming a sport in its own right, NoGi BJJ is a fast and fun grappling art.

Learn a range of submissions and stand up wrestling from the best competitors in the UK.
